Conflicts policy

By using inovia's products and our network of affiliate law firms to file patent applications and associated papers such as assignments, preliminary amendments and translations, you agree not to assert that a conflict is created which would thereby preclude the affiliate law firm from representing other clients in matters which may be adverse to the patent owner. Upon filing a patent application in the selected countries, you and the affiliate law firms will determine whether or not a conflict exists which would preclude the affiliate law firm from performing substantive legal services for the patent owner. In the event a conflict exists, the affiliate law firm will transfer the application file to counsel of the patent owner’s selection.
