PCTFILER is now accepting national stage instructions for Malaysia

Malaysia has joined the Patent Cooperation Treaty and it is now possible to file in Malaysia via inovia's pctfiler service.

If you filed your PCT after 16 August 2006, designating all countries, your application will have included Malaysia. This means it’s now available for you to choose when entering the national stage with inovia.
